How we charge

Bring a recent bill. We'll do the rest.

Every fee is fixed — £750, £3,000, or priced on application, all excluding VAT. Which one applies depends on your consumption, sites and contracts; a 10-minute call confirms it in writing, before any work begins.

Fee questions

Because the right route depends on your consumption, sites and contracts — not on a preference. Guess wrong and you either pay for a tender you don’t need or leave a five-figure saving on the table. The 10-minute call settles it, and the fee you’re quoted afterwards is fixed, in writing, with no obligation.

Yes. Your fee is agreed before any work begins and never changes with your energy price, consumption, or contract value. There are no hidden charges. All fees are quoted exclusive of VAT.

Nothing is due until your agreement is signed. The fee is then paid in full, upfront — by card via Stripe, or by bank transfer (BACS). All fees are exclusive of VAT.

With gas and electricity on staggered contracts averaging 24 months, at least one tender or matrix event is live in any given year — and the market never stops moving between them. The agreement is anchored on procurement, not a subscription: a year of buying events, monitoring and core services, for one fixed fee.

It depends on your consumption, not your company size — plenty of businesses with smaller headcounts have large, complex energy needs. As a guide, a single site spending under circa £80k a year on electricity or gas is usually best priced from supplier price books, and above that a full tender wins. Any multi-site estate is tendered. It’s indicative, not a hard line: a 10-minute call is all it takes to establish which fits your consumption, sites and contracts — and we’ll tell you straight.

Then your contracts are large enough to carry the £10k–£40k tender savings. The fee is higher than for price books because a full tender is more work — run end to end, with day-of negotiation — and the return on it is typically 3–13× from the tender alone. Either way, your fee is agreed before any work begins.

How your energy would be procured — price books, a full tender or a portfolio approach — alongside your fixed fee, the savings we expect and the return on the fee, in writing. There’s no obligation: it’s yours to consider, whatever you decide.

Any multi-site estate is tendered — supplies are grouped and bought together wherever it wins a better price. At 30+ sites, portfolio pricing applies: priced on application, with a dedicated account team and a procurement strategy built around your estate.

No. Nothing is added to your unit rate — ever. The fee you agree with us is the only thing you pay us.
